Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress, who has worked in film and TV is best known for films such as Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16she already obtained a few television appearances, including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control.
