Audrey-Tautou
Audrey Justine Tautou (born Audrey Justine Tautou) is a French model and actor. She gained fame through her role as the shy, eccentric waitress Amelie who won many awards. Tautou was often compared to Audrey Hepburn, due to her elegance, charismatic performance and talent. It was surprising that Tautou was able to choose acting as a profession. She was born into an enlightened family, with an uncle who was an academic and her mother who was dental practitioner. She was bitten by the acting bug in school which led her to becoming an actor professionally. She took acting classes at Cours Florent. She shortly after, she was offered a role on the production of a television film Coeur de cible. Her movie debut in the feature film Venus Beauty Institute for which she received a lot of praise. She is known for her ability to perform a variety of characters. From the romantic comedy Amelie through to the thriller Dirty Pretty Things. Born in France she was a part of several French films prior to she made her Hollywood debut along with Tom Hanks in the film The Da Vinci Code. As a model she is highly regarded for her dressing sense and is considered to be a fashionista.
